Sort of, if you include each side mission as counting towards the endings. Nuke or not nuke megaton doubles the endings. There's three endings for Oasis, so that triples it. Two endings for Dave etc. etc.

It was during a podcast interview and he very specifically said he was talking about the various text epilogues based on the PC's possible actions throughout F3 and how there was something like 200 possible permutations of them, which is more or less true. He quite clearly said these are not the "real" endings to the game.
But that didn't stop the retarded clickbaity gaming press from posting articles with headlines like FALLOUT 3 WILL HAVE 200 ENDINGS!!!
