There is no best way to "watch" Berserk. Each adaptation has objectively bad things that either leave out important moments or ruin them in the process of trying to include.
Also every attempt to animate it has suffered from a horrendous budget, to the degree that even the movies were canned.
Even putting "berserk manga" into google and reading it for free with weird translations will give you a better experience.
