There's a bunch. A particularly nice one that worked somewhat okay was a mod that made it so rain didn't go right the fuck through solid surfaces, in another one of those I-can't-believe-they-had-to-mod-this-shit-in moments.

Yeah I liked that rain mod. Only problem was the transition for when it started and when it stopped was so obvious. Basically you had to stand under a surface to make it so rain couldn't pass through it which was a little annoying.
I find modding Skyrim still only makes it playable if I am drunk enough to just wonder around admiring the mods I just installed and just being "comfy".
As I grow older, that seems to be an important thing for me. Like cruising down the road in GTA V just chilling.
That said, some of the porn mods can provide some fun entertainment and there are some creative quest mods with better writing than the entirety of vanilla, which isn't surprising.
