Well it depends. There's bad and good endings for law, chaos, and neutral depending on game. For example, the worst ending in pic is the Law ending (Ronaldo). It results in eradication of free will in favor of stagnating forced equality. The neutral ending is the standard "happy" ending (both Daichi and AO), and the chaos is a natural selection, strong survive world. Given these, I would probably say neutral is the best, although the funnest route was Chaos (Yamato).
