Evolve is great and i'm hyped it's coming to F2P.
It's a really fun game and the meta is cool... until you find some balance issues. If they're ironed out and the super jewish prices go down it's going to be perfect.
Overhyped, huge lack of content, was extremely unbalanced but did get better, scummy cosmetic micro transaction shit.

The game is great. I bought it when it was 60% half the price and got my money's worth out of it. Playing monster is one of my most fun memories in recent years with a multiplayer. Hunter not so much, but fuck Hunter players.
The thing is that there was only 3 monsters at release and the other 2 were locked as DLC. BIG NO NO. They're fun and i (bought them) because i indeed was having fun AND i bought the game already below its price. But surprise, Behemoth was fun but got nerfed into USELESS NOT FUN and Gorgon was just ok. Then I realized why paid DLC for FUCKING CONTENT IN MULTIPLAYER IS FUCKED UP.
You paid for something and then it can get rebalanced, changed or forgotten. That's exactly what happened. Kept playing Wraith and abusing her against pubbies until they cried OP. But there was no literal monster left that could do damage, sneak and burst like her.
The game IS great but was abandoned until now. Also the characters have so much love and characterization that they would make a brilliant comic strip or series. Actually they're underused in the videogame. Truly really great.
They made a fun little game on the level of The Ship or Natural Selection 2, and pretended it was worth $60+tip
