My personal opinion - very solid souls clone, love the map design, artstyle is nice enough apart from the fucking faces (had to wear a full helmet the entire time)

I was really hype for this when it was announced after DS2 came out and was shit, but then an entire fucking actual good souls game was announced and then released before s&s actually came out on PC so I lost interest in it because it doesn't have online multiplayer / invasions.

Doesn't need to bring new when it got all the features from the previous games and finally got them right.
DaS was a clunky ass game with a bad port, but good ideas. DaS2 was a bad game with a mediocre port. Bloodborne had retarded multiplayer, weak covenants, healspam pvp, but great aesthetic and lore. DaS3 finally got the good game and the good port all in one, aesthetic wasn't as good as BB but maybe we'll see some cool shit in the DLC.
It's like each of these games iterated on certain features while completely fucking up certain other features, and DaS3 was the one that finally got almost nothing wrong and had the best of all games.
