Does anyone even advocate high sensitivity?
>>
>>344121027
People who play on consoles.

>>344121027
Someone with a higher sensitivity is going to be superior at brawling if they can control it
>>
A pal of mine would get consistent side stabs as a spy in TF2 with cranked sensitivity. He'd also play stupid to other players following him and then spin around and unload before they would react.

I usually adjust the sensitivity till it doesn't annoy me with to much drag.

Anyone that played an arena shooter

That's true, although you can still go mid-range sensitivity and not be hindered in brawls. Probably somewhere over 30cm/360 is where you'd start having some problems. Having lower sens/more precision can still be useful in brawls depending on the game though.

I play Quake Live regularly. Pretty much all of the big names use a mid to low range sensitivity, none really going below 20cm/360 (think rapha is like 22cm/360). People seem to generally think that lower sensitivity makes aiming easier, although you shouldn't go too low as it'll hinder your movement and other things. Currently play at around 28cm/360 myself. Do you play them yourself?

Different guy, just curious how you aim with the sensitivity that low. Just a lot of sweeps with your arm? Doesn't your wrist start to chafe after a bit?

Turn it up.

I have like a 3cm 360. Am I fucked?

It's actually not that low, I used to play at 34.63cm/360, and before that around 41cm/360. I aim with the arm and wrist depending on the circumstances. You just get used to it after a while. There's a good amount of movement involved in keeping the mouse centered, ready for when the enemy is in line of sight, but it's never been tiring or some other problem.

Also, here's a video of some very low sensitivity play of a well known defragger (don't think he played defrag with this low of a sens though) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=flMZdk0LrKg

High sensitivity will make it hard to aim.
What is better is low sensitivity but higher enough for turning around quick for example.

High on pc. Low on console.
>>
Low for fps
Highish for other games.

You know what I just realized you're talking in cm. I play at 8.5inch/360 which is apparently the same thing
>>
I used to play at 59cm/360 and now bumped up to 50cm/360
low
