If Nintendo still owned Rare, would there games for the GC, WII and WII U era be as good as the 64 era, or would they suck ass like they do now. Would Rare be able to make the WII U a good system with games like Banjo, Conker, Perfect Dark and a good donkey kong game.

Also MS rare was pretty good until they were forced into kinect. Viva piñata, Kameo, even nuts and bolts were all solid titles that you would expect of the company. Also we got PD in pure 60fps.
Rare was dying at Nintendo honestly. DK64 was just a bad BK clone with none of the charm, Conker was shunned, and Miyamoto demanded Dinosaur Plsnet be turned into a Star Fox game.

Nintendo already diddled with Rare for the worse during the GCN's time period. Add on top of that mandatory wagglin' for the Wii's early years, the drop of difficulty to make sure kids aren't excluded in the Wii's later life, and the overall poor design direction for most games Nintendo had control over for the Wii U almost guarantee that it wouldn't have been better.
The true test for whether Rare would have done better if they kept control over their own work is Yookah-Laylee. It's been looking great and if they could just stop having to rely on making the same "Nuts and Bolts sucks" joke for almost every trailer they've done, it'll show that the true minds behind the company still have talent.
