I beat the elite 4 with most of my pokemon just about hitting level 70 due to the OP as fuck exp share and I did not grind really.
Fug is very powerful I agree but I just sent out a fairy type and just tanked all the hits. Ended up catching it with an ultra ball after a while.
Now deoxys I was not expecting to be even higher. I used my master ball on it cause I just did not want to deal with that bullshit.

I beat her with my original team without Rayquaza on my 2nd fight. I made my team underleveled on purpose so when I faced her the average level of the team is about 52-55. That actually made the battle more fun.
