Unless you play 3 - 4 hours / day with a new account you won't reach 80k in one month.
You need full account of alts at level 100, and 3 months of time to get enough followers with treasure finder - in order for you to be able to print money casually.

Half of that was Asians that pay per hour, which counted as a month sub when Blizz counted subs. They haven't counted subs in a very long time, and in that time has been a shit patch with no content in the shittiest expansion yet. The subs are definitely at 3 million in the best case scenario, they might even be down to 2 million. And when the scrubs buying Legion log in to find it is literally WoD 2, it will sink even lower. Of course this is all hypothetical, but it is only that way because the game is in such a condition that Blizzard execs are ashamed to report the number.
