How so? It really is pretty comfortable indeed.
It's wider to natural shoulder width so that you can let your arms fall naturally and still get a good grip on the controller.
Despite its size it's honestly deceptively light and thus suffers from no weight issues.
The sticks and the buttons are great.
And that fold at the back of the controller, as simplistic as it may be, provides a good and suitable grip of the controller for its size, shape, and button layout.
It has its flaws and it has its perks. But all things considered I would indeed stick to the claim that it is very comfortable to use.
