That bit in Batman where the game fucks up got me bad for an extended reason:
Around the time Arkham Asylum came out, my original PS3-FAT edition was having some errors that eventually culminated in it having some odd video tearing issue and stopping working completely.
At some time and expense for me at the time (being a poorfag then) I sent it to a slightly dodgy repair person, who fixed it up and gave it back to me.
I started up my PS3 again and carried on in Arkham, desperately hoping the repairs had worked and I hadn't fucked away my grocery money for the month for no good reason.
I then got to the part where the screen fucks up in the game on purpose, and I almost had a heart attack.
