Yeah, I did. Not for gameplay purposes obviously, but it sets a tone and really has the Metal Gear feel to it. It's a tutorial mission and the very first part of the game, I can forgive it for the constant cutscenes like I forgive the other games for having ten minute codecs every ten steps in the first fifteen minutes.
Like you said the mission with rescuing Kaz was really good, and also fools people into thinking they'll be playing an actual MGS game for the next few days.
