A looks fine for a serious game
B looks fine, yet i wouldn't add any more detail to it like scales because it would look like an awkward mix between realist and cartoony, pretty much the stuff furfags love. If it was me i would avoid the game completely.
C looks fine for a less serious cartoony game, the kind of stuff you might find on a Nintendo/Mobile game.
Budget-wise i would pick C. Either if the game is 3d or 2d, generating the assets would be less time consuming.
