would you say Bioshock has a fail state considering every death just puts you back to a vitachamber w/ no progress lost?
>>343942338
yes
dying is failing, it is a setback
>>343942338
>What is a checkpoint
Retard
>>343942680
the vitachambers don't reverse anything that you've done tho, just drops you a few feet back
>>343942786
So does every checkpoint in every game ever you spastic
>>343942338
>not playing with vitachambers off
>>343942994
Usually the game resets your progress from after the checkpoint.
>>343942994
are you fucking retarded?
>>343942994
>>343942680
What he means is that no progress is lost, even the damage you've done to an enemy stays, you fucking retard that never played the game stupid fuck.
>Playing with Vita chambers on
>>343942994
>>343942338
You have the option to turn them off, but otherwise the game has no fail state.
Unless you consider the bad endings fail states?
>playing bioshock2for first time
>normal difficulty
>vitachambers on
>finish the game
>achievement for never using a vitachamber in the whole game
Was the game really that easy?
>>343943825
I think I died once so probably.
It's bullshit. At least there's an option to turn them off.
System Shock 2 was kind of guilty of that too, but at least you have to activate the chambers. They also take 5 nanites per use, but that's chump change.
>>343943825
Bioshock 2 is super easy because you're a fucking tank with a drill instead of a squishy human
