I work for a graphics design company and kojipro contacted us some months ago because they want us to do some assets and shading details for DS. Today was a meeting and im part of the lead design team so I was able to attend. We were a total of 20 people, and we're probably getting integrated into the main kojipro team by next month. There's some crazy alien creatures concepts and most of the weapons seem to be energy based. One of the weapons had something that looked like a plasma harpoon. But of course it was all just concept and crude pre alpha models.

I've been saying this the whole time, MGSV is designed the way it is on purpose, climax in the middle, everything falling apart afterwards in reverse order ultimately ending with the prologue again, and killing Skullface, Chapter 3 Title Card and Episode 51 (maybe) were all designed to give a meta "Phantom Pain" to the player.
The one time cutscenes, no new game / new save, and Quiet (originally) permanently gone all remind me of when Kojima said he wanted to make a game that physically self destructed after playing it.
