He instantly cancels certain ults if he hooks someone. Eg Roadhog ults and starts to push the entire team back, enemy roadhog hooks him, Ult is instantly ended. It doesn't do this to other Hero Ultimates such as Genji, Bastion or Reaper.
Dunno if it's design or bug, cause the game is mildly underfinished in some areas. Like only a few heroes have animations for being pinned by Reinhardt, the rest just use the lean forward animation in a still pose from where they are shoved backwards by an explosion.

I discovered last night you can drop people off the map in that central pit by standing on the outside of the ring and hooking people trying to take the point as roadhog.
