Did HL actually come out on Dreamcast? There were a lot of games planned for it that never came out like Thief 1 and 2 and System Shock 2.

Not sure if this is official box art or not.

>>
>>343846604
There is a leak of it and it runs absolutely fine. It has a bug where the save starts to take up more space than you can have with a VMU but I hear it was finished otherwise and I managed to get through about 6 hours of it without issue. Another fun one is Propeller Arena which was completely finished and has a leak as well. I do not believe there are any versions of Thief or SS2 available and I used to be pretty big in the Dreamcast scene.
>>
>>343846604
The Dreamcast port was cancelled and it was converted into the PS2 version while the extra content for it became part of blue shift.

They were milking this franchise so much they even released greatest hits within the game itself. It's so weird how such a huge game like GH took a nosedive to obscurity within a couple months.

Yeah, it's stuck on a really old build because of the "fuck you pay me $40,000 every time you want to patch your game after the first 3" rule on consoles. I think it's a build before the M4A1-S or CZ were even introduced to the game.

The 64DD, colloquially referred to as the Nintendo 64DD, is a magnetic disk drive peripheral for the Nintendo 64 game console developed by Nintendo. It was originally announced in 1995, prior to the Nintendo 64's 1996 launch, and after numerous delays was finally released only in Japan on December 1, 1999. Only ten software titles were released until the unit was discontinued in February 2001. It was a commercial failure, with at least 15,000 total units sold and another 85,000 units unsold.

It was so fucking bad i can't believe i finished. The atmosphere and level design felt good but just dying and having to repeat 30 minute sections was super frustrating and stacked itself repeatedly so it took longer then it should have.

The PC version has a key that holding it emulates a soft button press for the next button you press. So if you hold the button and hold the fire key for your pistol he'll hold the pistol out to aim and then you can let go of the fire key and he'll lower the gun. It's the same system the Xbox versions of the game (and 3) use. I wasn't able to get it to work with other weapons like the assault rifle or sniper rifle but then again I didn't really try too hard so it still might work.

There's also a movement speed modifier so you can walk if you for some reason want to play with a keyboard.
