It basically allows your xbox to install something called "XeX Menu 1.3" which is a "Game demo" (your xbox will see this xex menu as if it was a game demo). That xex menu 1.3 will be downloaded and transfered to any USB card
And by openin that "Demo" you can access Freestyle Dash which is the interface for accessing XBLA, 360, Emulators and Xbox classic games
