Well /v/, I Undertale left me empty and drained emotionally after completing it. I know you hate it, so that should make this next task easy.
Give me a game recommendation that can match or outpass the feels that Undertale left me.
MFW this thread is dead on arrival.

Ib is very good, it's a lot like Undertale in certain ways, it takes fantasy in a different direction.
It's more of a horror game and the anime looking characters may turn off some people but it's the game that made me look forward to Undertale when it was releasing.
If you particularly liked the ruins then you'll love Ib.
>>343730512
lb? What's does that stand for?
>>343730654
I dunno that's just the name of the game.
Just two letter, I and b
>>343730758
It's a capital i by the way.
>>343730856
It's not on steam. So is it a free download game?
>>343730932
Not who you're talking to but yeah its a free download. Some Japanese artist made it and it has a somewhat lovecraftian feel to it.
Just play Witch's House
I'm cursing you OP
>>343730932
It's a free game, it's more of a walking simulator though and all you do is just interact with stuff.
>>343731236
Oh yeah and it's got multiple endings so the game can either leave you feeling really depressed or really happy.
>>343731128
Oh fuck you
OP update here
I just bought Lisa. What am I in for?
>>343730012
cave story?
>>343732096
It's good. Dial-a-combo gets boring eventually, though messing around with your party composition is what keeps it fresh. If you're able to invest yourself in the characters and the story then you'll love it. It's a 7/10 imho
>>343730012
Play LISA. I honestly feel a bit disappointing at myself for even comparing it to Undertale, but you should play it. The atmosphere, tone, gameplay and plot are extremely different, the only thing they have in common arethe feels
>no explorers of sky
I am thoroughly disappointed.
Explorers of sky gave me Undertale-tier feels if not more.
Ghost Trick is what you're looking for OP

A pokemon game? What's the story?
What do you think about the current CS:GO gambling controversy. Video related.

>>343739829
Story is fucking god-tier.
It starts out pretty much like every other PMD game, you're some human who wakes up as a pokemon, your partner picks you up and you guys go on adventures and shit.
Gameplay is also pretty fucking dank, even more so if you like rougelikes.
>>343739829
friendship feels across timelines
Also be sure to get Sky and not Time/Darkness, you especially want the special episodes.
Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon is also real good, even with the ending feels being a result of a kinda dumb plot twist.
>>343740623
I honestly couldn't believe the game ended like that. The post game content didn't make it any betterit made it worse
>>343741314
Yeah, losing the scarves is a damn travesty
>>343730012
ayy
Earthbound/Mother.
It's pretty much what Underfaggotry was trying to rip-off.
>>343730012
I can give you a game that'll confuse you in the feels
What say you
7th Dragon 2020 is a game that I recommend. I'm the kind of person that gets invested in characters so it left me with anger, sadness, and motivation by the time I beat it. The post game just made me flat out sad though. Great game if you ask me.
>>343744785
Yes please :U
Odin Sphere Leifthrasir is great.
Some of the stories have plenty of feels. Cornelius and Oswald get it the worst, but Gwendolyn isn't far behind.
It's my GOTY so far, without a doubt.
>>343745197
You've got my interest, what's it about and how's it play?
>>343745250
It's called "off" by Mortis Ghost. It's free. It was originally French, but there's a translation.
You can find downloads on its wiki: offgame.wikia.com
The game is very strange and has you searching for meaning by the end. It's actually pretty easy if you've played any RPG before.
>>343730012
Snow Light
>>343738706
It's been years and I still find hard to believe how much this game made me feel. I think I'll replay it soon.
>>343745668
It's a turn based RPG and you can make you own party out of classes, the ones I can think of are Destroyer, Hacker, Trickster, Psychic, and Samurai. That might be all of them, but I'm not sure since it's been a while. Since it's been a while my memory may be foggy, so if I get any errors, forgive me.
So when you start off you're being tested by going inside the City Hall, the place acts as a tutorial to give you the basics. When you reach the top of the City Hall things start to get intense and dragons start attacking. You go into a coma thanks to the damage you took and wake up inside a shelter and you are now tasked to go to the now ruined City Hall and reclaim it from the dragons. This is only the paralouge(?)+Chapter 1. The way I type it makes it sound boring but trust me, it's good.
The gameplay will kinda feel similar to Etrian Odyssey thanks to choosing portraits for your character, choosing the class, and leveling up their skills. Also if you plan on playing it, have a Trickster.
I went with Trickster/Psychic/Hacker for my party.

999 if you haven't been spoiled yet.
>>343745197
Post more hacker.
>>343746249
Sounds good, I'll give it a whirl, thanks.
Play OFF

Weak shit. This game is weak
shit.
I remember 2 years before its release I was stoked. I loved the concept of the game. Then the actual thing came out and it was much less flexible than I imagined and it pandered to the most obnoxious, useless people on earth. It was truly weak.
>>343745668
>All those fucking bad endings
>Oswald doomed as a mindless specter
>Ingway killing Mercedes
Also Gwendolyn and Oswald are best couple
>>343730012
mother 3
I felt a bit weird after Hotel Dusk/Last Window.
>>343748123

Because of all this I now have a Hacker folder. Thanks Anon.

>Cornelius' bad end
It hurt, it hurt real bad.
I'm more of a Cornelius and Velvet man myself, though.
