I just finished the second one about 20 minutes ago. Definitely good like the first one.

Later in the game the gunpowder weapons start hitting harder. Some burn through ammo pretty fast so be careful about that. One of them hits for 60-70 damage per round before criticals. If you have a high critical chance, one of the guns that shoots multiple bullets applies the critical chance to each bullet.
There are a couple of bosses that will drop some cannons, they are the only cannon drops in the game.

So i was excited bout the 2nd game but turns out there is only like 4 or 5 ice/water spells? Actually there are very little spells overall, less than 20 if i counted right.

Game was designed to make you fumble with the controls. It adds an element of tension and danger.
Just play on easy mode if its that big of a deal.
2 is my definitive GOTY of 2014
I've loved it so fucking much I binge played it for nearly a whole week, lost tons of classes and I couldn't care. By the end of that week I even found out the hidden ending by cheer deduction and shared it here.
And a week later someone gave extremely non-sensical logic and instructions about how he found the one random square with the hidden easter egg tied to an achievement. I bet he was a dev because he seemed positively insane.
Only time I had to spoil myself was at the puzzle to open the graveyard.
