It was between that and Galaxy 2. IMO they are the best of the 3d mario games, 3d world maybe not hiting the peaks of Galaxy 2 but never going as low as it either. It had consistency and great level design, a lot of the other 3d mario games just flat out fail at. Tough choice but I sitll think it's the best 3d mario.

Liking Melee more is perfectly acceptable considering it's got faster gameplay that feels more fluid (especially because jumping conserves momentum in 64/Melee, and not Brawl/4) and more interesting single-player content.Project M is my favorite way to play Smash, and it's only a couple of years old memeboy.

I just beat this last night. I'm surprised it made your list. Some of the levels are so bad I'm surprised it made it into the game. That being said Mario sunshine Mario is probably the best feeling. The fludd was such a good idea I just wish they made better use of it.

3D World and Smash 4 are not bad. In fact, I would say they are above average games for their respective franchises. But it's absurd for anyone to put them above the multitude of better entries in those series. how can you really claim 3DW is better than SMW, SMB3, or Galaxy? And Smash 4 better than 64 or Melee?
I try to respect opinions but they can also be wrong. This is one of those cases.
I can't think of a single game developed specifically by Nintendo inhouse that I enjoyed, and how could I? Nintendo isn't in the business of employing talent, they're in the business of contracting it.

While the software quality dropped pretty hard for Nintendo this gen, there are always some games from them I come back to once in a while. Paper Mario 64 and Kirby Air Ride in particular are some that really connected with me.

relax retard I think it's justified to put it my own personal top 10. Feel free to read why I put 3DW above any of the 3d mario games. Smash 4 is easily better than 64 and Brawl as they feel bad to play. Meele still feels great but I prefer the roster and maps on Smash 4. It's better for co-op and if you aren't competitive it feels better to play for the variety.
