There isn't going to be a Super Danganronpa 2 anime. This anime is Danganronpa 3. The anime is the sequel to the first two games (and Another Episode). Danganronpa V3 is a game. It's the third "main" game, so it's got a 3, but it isn't actually a sequel to the other games, it's a reboot looking thing. Or at least, it appears that way so far. They probably realized that Hope's Peak is boring now, and they've told pretty much everything there is to tell about that. Even still, none of the characters from the original games had a satisfying conclusion, so they're using an anime to wrap that up while they make the actual next game fresher.
