Didn't see a thread for this, let's talk about Scorn. What do you think of it? Are you excited or apprehensive?
Personally I can't help but being excited yet nervous. I don't want this to fail or end up looking like nothing out of this trailer. I'm a major fan of exactly this type of shit. Is there a chance of this not working out?

I dig the idea and looks of the game.
The open-ended action adventure sounds neat as an idea too. Since they've not shown much action, it has a good chance of not becoming just another shooter, no matter that they demonstrated that meat gun.

Nah I am actually interested. I'm a former fan of Silent Hill and I love this type of thing. There was little gameplay shown and it bothers me. But the art looks nice. Seems to be a lack of phallic and vaginal symbolism in this though for being Giger inspired

Voted for it after a friend made me aware of it. Gigeresque but also gave off some Beksinski vibes. Don't know what I think yet of the visceral designs but they don't seem to be too gory. World building seems like it'll be something like Blame!, where it's mostly empty but interesting environments with the occasional npc. Too bad the kickstarter failed, would've been nice if they got more money.

it's kinda hard to discuss about a game that's not coming out for another year, and of which we know very little so far. Even more so knowing /v/'s overall hate towards "shills".
