I don't interact with my neighbors, so it probably doesn't matter. I guess I could accidentally offend Pyro somehow (or worse still-- I could accidentally do something nice for Pyro and be rewarded with bubbles blown in my face). With Medic I'm sure the "quiet neighbor with no friends" that is me would be a great target for his experiments, so those are the only two I'd be wary of.
Anyone else seems reasonable. If I never refer to Soldier as a civilian I'm probably in the clear, for example. The rest are sane enough that if I keep to myself I probably wouldn't ever die. Might even be some decent conversation with Engi or Heavy.
I think Spy would be least likely to kill me. He seems sane enough, plus he is nice towomen.
