Download Dolphin 5.0
Download the Mario Party 5 ISO from Emuparadise, unpack it (if it's zipped up) and put it in a directory for your roms/isos
Then start up Dolphin, Tools, Start Netplay, set it to the 2nd option and then enter the room code of the room you want to join and your name.
Also configure your controller.
