Is ever17 any good? I've heard its similar to zero escape
>>343451648
Probably, but I hope you know Japanese
It's pretty good but it has the same writer as Zero Escape so you'll notice some major similarities
Whichever you play first will have a bigger impact.
It's the best of the games made by that author, because it's the most original. After playing it I realized he's really a one-trick pony who keeps trying to write the same story over and over again.

>I hope you know Japanese
Why? It was officially translated to English.
>>343452538
Yeah, the translation is bad
How do you feel about ketchup on lettuce?

>best because it's the most original
No dude. There's such a thing as improving your art, and every ZE game is better than E17. It doesn't matter that they reused ideas, as VNs they are superior at the end of the day, and if you had to suggest either Infinity or ZE to someone, unless you are some malicious pissant it's going to be ZE.

Is this the one with the girl inside a washing machine?
It's the only commercial VN I enjoyed enough to see all of the routes and the true ending of.
At least play through the Tsugumi route if you don't have the patience for all of that though.
>>343452815
anon, she's not the one inside of the washing machine.
>>343453135
Then why is she spinning?
>>343453323
Like, perspective and shit
>>343453135
What's the story here?
>>343453639
She'sin a washing machine, just as anon said.

The submarine couldn't handle the weight of both people, so the protagonist went out and locked her in, drowning to save her life. Years later, she cooperated with a bunch of people to create a weird repeat of the events that led up to his death so that they could trick you (the player) into saving him, which happens to be pretty much the exact same twist that was used in 999.
Anyone else have a physical copy?

I do.
