Spammers are going to do their thing, especially in highly populated streams.
I've found plenty of smaller streamers within the 50 to 200 viewer range and the experience is completely night and day.

It was a tedious glitch that they explained for 13 minutes as they did the same rote action of climbing stairs (to overflow a mem address and set the games state to the end). Then they asked at some point what the count was and the viewer realized they hadn't been keeping track of what they were doing. They said a number was close enough and exited the glitch at what they thought was the right time. It wasn't. 13 minutes of listening to them explain a glitch and just chit chat and it didn't work.
The glitch was climbing the same set of stairs over and over for 13 minutes. It was pretty dismal.

I'm new to this but does this mean that if a game does not have that in it's tags the runner can just do some game breaking bug/glitch 10 seconds into the game and warp to the credits? Or he's only allowed to skip a stage or two or use minor glitches or what?
