The framerate for a game with such a pace is not good at all. You can say it's a meme answer all you want but it's just not enough for proper PvP that isn't bullshit. It would be far more fluid and engaging if the framerate was at least at a constant 30, better if it were higher.
The builds for PvP are also cookie cutter, You either Ludwigs or Bloodtinge, Beast is terrible, the level mapping outside of the first area is just bland and one route.

30fps isn't even that bad on a console game. Most of the reason 30fps is so bad on PC is because there's no response time delay with a mouse, whereas there is with a controller so it doesn't matter as much.
Sure, 60fps is and always will be superior, and on PC 30fps is utterly unplayable, but it's not that bad on a console exclusive.

I had framerate dips twice. Maybe it's because I played it after some patches, but for me it was constant 30 fps 99% of the time. Also I had no problems whatsoever with 30 fps in general. After playing for more than half an hour you usually just adjust to the framerate, but maybe people here don't play games for longer than 30 minutes. Also before anyone calls me a sonygger, here's my PC on which I played all the other Dark Souls games on.

There is literally no viable range build in Bloodborne. The one range weapon that's even close to being viable is Simon's Bowblade, and that's much better in its melee form. Bloodborne is meant to be played melee. Arcane is shit too.

KB+M are better than a controller for many games. So the answer is, most PC users use a keyboard and mouse for bulk of games.
But From can't into good Keyboard logic, so they bind shit to weirdly placed keys and it's a fucking headache/impossible to remap them depending on the game, so you use a Controller for them.

Arcance is shit, got three fully builds in the 100 range with yharnam stone and the arcane is the worst.
Most fun is skill/bloodtinge because of all the sweet weapons you can use like the bowblade.
But a quality build with the pizzacutter and the beast claws deals damage like there's no tomorrow.
The arcane build on the other hand deals no freaking damage, even with on arcane. Also the ayy lmao is pretty shitty, it's too slow.

Framerate is fine but inconsistent it has a fuck ton of frame pacing issues
Chalice dungeons are pretty samey after the first couple, which is a bit of a drag.
Blood gems are a cute idea but are implemented poorly. Locking the best of them behind the highest tier chalice dungeons means that making new characters viable for PvP against other players is pretty grindy and annoying.
Rune system is just a gimped ring system from other Souls games, but the only ones truly worth taking are extra HP/stamina ones, and you can only switch them out while in the Dream.
Load times, but that's just a problem inherent to the console on which it was made. This was a major problem when bold hunter's marks took you back to lamps, and then you'd have to endure loading the area you're already in, loading the Hunter's Dream, and then loading another area back to back. On launch, this was unreasonable how long it took to load anything.
The revisit to Yahar'gul was actually pretty terrible, having to avoid most of the enemies while they were buffed to kill bell girls. The area itself was fine, but just the design choice in making the enemies that way while also offering very few blood echoes and usually no blood vials made for a thoroughly frustrating experience if you weren't already aware of what, exactly, to do.
Frenzy mechanic sucks. Straight up and down.
The Nightmare of Mensis is a pretty lame start to an area where you're forced to take constantly-damaging frenzy buildup and either fight through or run past enemies that are just a bit too powerful for the area they're in relative to how leveled the player ought to be by the time he gets there. Then, the area immediately following that, just before and after Micolash, is really easy. It's just an odd power spike to the enemies for no real reason, it felt like.
Bloodborne is pretty great, though. Still my favorite of the Souls games that I've played, though not without flaws.
