Regardless I registered for Japanese lessons in my rest days to balance the norminess.

Anyway, got the first app I saw, used the fucking default routine didn't change a thing.
Started watching how others did it, ask for pointers, and add more weight every week.

Bam. Works.

Actually no, I didn't notice a thing.

I was fucking retarded and was sure that I will quit after a few gym visits so I didn't take a a "Progress pic" when I started, because I didn't want a reminder on my phone of how much of a loser quitter I am.

Turns out I was wrong, lifting really feels amazing, and has INSTANT effects on the psyche.

But it was others that brought it to my attention how much I changed in like 6 weeks or so, co-workers and friends, for me I was doing it because it feels fucking awesome.

So I started and never fucking stopped.

Cardio takes a LOOONG time to see any results.

Take a long towel or dust cloth and wrap it around a door knob creating a loophole.

Sit with your back to the door and straigthen through until the back of your head is pressed firmly against the door.

Use the loophole from the towel to keep your chin in place and push against it while keeping your posture

The nerves in your spine control everything in your body, and sometimes a problem in an organ or limb isn't actually located in that place, but is being caused by the associated nerve cluster located between your vertebrae.

It's not about "You have this problem, here is the cure" it's about "your spine is out of place, I can put it back in place". A good chiropractor doesn't claim to cure illnesses or disease. It's about improving health at it's core.

If you can float you can swim, and being in the water will allow you to use your shoulder freely without straining it against gravity, working it lightly to it's full range of motion with less risk of hurting it.

Obviously you should start in shallow water, but swimming would probably be very good for you. Even if it doesn't fix anything, it's very fun and will give you a sense of freedom.
