Ferrari licensing issue. The XBL/PSN semi-port was pulled and is no longer able to be re-downloaded. The PC version is pretty solid with controller support and modern resolutions. You'll have to pirate but it's a good title.

To be fair---Outrun has always been a Sega's first wankfest over Ferrari. Sega was deeply in bed with the Stallion for many years (see both Outruns, F355 Challenge, Yu Suzki personally own a couple). Hence, changing the car to a Dodge Challenger would be blasphemy to Sega.

I'd love it too but Atlus is as anti-PC as it gets and at this point I'm just hoping Sega ports the new Valkyria Azure and other console only titles like they said they would. Persona 5 on PC just doesn't look like it's going to happen, not this decade at least.
