Just got this on the Steam sale and played it for the first time in years.
Really fun game design and missions, but anyone else notice the driving controls are ass even compared to Vice City?
Everything feels like it's on ice, and every street light and traffic sign is bolted to the ground like a tree. It makes it so you have to drive way more carefully and slowly compared to any other GTA game.

It honestly does not show its age at all. It still looks good and plays well. The only issue I notice is the stupid blur effect.

I've played over 100 hours of Vice City and GTA 3 just feels so different when it comes to driving. Maybe it's the roads, maybe it's the cars, but they handle terribly and everything feels heavy and slippery. It might just be because I'm on the first island and still forced to drive shitty cars, but it feels not great.
