It is a bad idea. It was not what it originally was designed to be.
You can't have everything. You can't be small, fast, heavily armoured, able to kill tanks and transport troops.
If you want all that, then you have to sacrifice stuff. Which is what the Bradley did. It removed the 20 odd transport to put the 30mm on, then remove MORE to put the ATGM on it.

air raider in EDF4.1 allows you to call air drops for helicopters, tanks, giant robots, motorbikes and a few personal carriers/cruisers like in your image, as well and missile strikes. it isn't my favorite class, but it's a hell of a lot of fun. for some of the vehicles, other players can also mount on its guns while you drive and shoot with them

I've actually been in one of those in the mid 90s.
I volunteered with my cousin to help bring supplies to some mountain villages, rice and oil and sugar and such, since their electricity and road was cut out by winter storms. The army sent one such machine and two UAZ mini buses.
I remember it having wooden benches with rugs on them inside, and handles above your head.
