Same here but I use vaegir archers instead of rhodok crossbowmen. If the crossbowmen would always have shields I would use them but I prefer the bardiche and sword/shield combo the vaegir archers get.

Outright best faction is probably Swadia. Heavy Cavalry is too damn good. Their archers are leet as fuck too. To top it all off, the heavy cavalry is damn good on foot too.
