I always felt that McCree's LM was a little slow. I just figured it was because if it's too fast then there's less reason for his alternate attack.
I'd be more convinced this is something to care about if tested with 76 or other characters, which I haven't noticed a slow down in.

You're not clearly showing the actuation of button press, just roughly estimating when you press.
Professional tests use a LED that lights up on actuation.
Also, when your gun moves isn't always the best indicator of when the input was registered.
Also, playing console shooters is almost as bad as playing console rts.

If anyone ITT actually played Overwatch and weren't blatant /pol/ shitposters they'd know that McCree's primary fire (Which is being used for comparison) has a slight delay built in. It's a revolver, for Christ's sake, the hammer has to cock back. That delay is noticable even to the layman, but isn't present in other hitscan weapons like Soldier 76's primary fire, Dva's, Widowmaker's, etc.
