Real time gardening. Sometimes a new piñata will come along and make its home there. Some piñatas don't get along and will kill and eat each other. You can terraform your garden to suit the interests of different piñatas. You can buy houses so piñatas of the same species can fuck.

The cheatless method is getting a Dragonache or a Limeoceros, but these are not guaranteed to kick him out every time. Now go fence your garden and enjoy the game.
