It's basically become my Playstation One download machine. Somebody stole my copy of Persona 4 Golden two days after I bought it, I only got like three hours into it. Should I just buy that again?

This is why the encypted memory cards are such a crucial sticking point.
Even if you do find an exploit and are able to bypass the hypervisor, it's meaningless as you can't put any Vita software onto the memory card.
