As a witcher fan whos played all 3 (not blood and wine yet) id say MGS5. The gameplay is much more fun. If you want more story then go blood and wine. MGS5 has story but its super cheesy compared to Witcher

Its semi empty, but you barely notice because the only 2 maps where you do 40+ hours of missions (sometimes the game will even let you do the same missions over and over again!) are really small.
