You know there are several classes in PS:T mage, fighter, thief, and cleric. The Nameless One is not able to become a cleric, supposedly because whatever hed did in his first life was so horrible that all the gods reject him. So horrible that a thousand lifetime of repentance are not enough to cleanse his soul. If you go through the game ceing as good as possible the best possible option is being stuck in an eternal war or dying permanently.
I fucking love planescape torment and I hope Tides of Numenera is good.
