They removed some of the traps, made the enemy AI more binary (fully aware of you / totally blind and oblivious) like in Last Light, Ranger HC is DLC, you get more ammo, and visuals are just dumbed down a great deal to make it console friendly.

Devs are a bit questionable with their balance changes. I agree with most of them but they wanted to fix infinite window-hop juking points that made it impossible for killers to do shit to anyone abusing them and it didn't really do that.
