Battle system takes getting used to, but it's the same shit from Graces, Xillias, and Zestiria where Iron Stance is in for bosses, so you need to target all its weakpoints/elementals.

It also makes much more sense to tie the costumes to an event in the game, like actually going to the beach or whatever. And that could be a fun sequence with more fanservice than DLC costumes could ever accomplish.

They've never censored Tales games in the past. Zestiria released and had all of its swimsuits intact just fine. Hell, they even went an extra mile and brought over the anime cosplay outfits too, like the Evangelion set.

Tales games have like tripled in length since Eternia but they manage to do so much less with the story and characters, it's actually a pretty fascinating case of creative suicide as performance art. Even the combat has dropped off like a rock since the series' highs in Rebirth and Destiny DC
