OP (Michael Woodson) here. It's during the scene in after the car chase in uncharted 4 when Elena figures out what Nate is up to. She says that the look on his face when he walked in proves that he is enjoying looking for treasure, but her back was turned when he walked in so it's unclear how she saw his face.
