The 3DS version is also rebalanced for Lv 99 through the first six adventure maps, and evenly spaces out unlocks between them for all the original DLC, and the includes the new DLC characters with their maps so they have unlocks as well. The only exception is Medli, who was free in both versions but her unlocks are in the Master Wind Waker map.
It's also cheaper, but you get what you pay for. I'm enjoying a fraction of the enemies and framerate for a fraction of the price.
DLC characters are cool but it sucks they don't have a plotline.

The rapier is weird because all the enhanced moves are kind of terrible besides the arrow rain.

I notice that Young Link's C6 is unblockable in U but not in Legends, and in fact, he takes so long after drawing the triforce before making it explode that they usually are going to block it 75% of the time, making it only good to use in Focus Spirit.

I might just be under leveled with her, but none of her abilities or specials feel like they do any damage. Her long string has a huge pull-in at the end for aoe clear, but the rest, and even her special is just another aoe clear, not really a single target point blank nuke kind of thing like Zelda's arrow thing.

if you land her jump kick (C3 I think?) on a major enemy she bounces off and fires a string of arrows down at them for high damage.
Kind of pushes them away too far to land any of her aerial followups though.
