I don't remember the specifics, but I could take what I was making and trade it to someone for the the exact amount of money required to purchase the materials to craft those things all over again. It was literally a guaranteed, no gold lost way to 99 fletching, and then the trade limit was imposed and the entire economy was flipped on its fucking head.
