One thing I like about comp mode is that it tells you right there before the game starts if you're likely to be stomped or be the one doing the stomping. In quick play you don't know what the fuck is happening until the game starts and you discover how bad or good the team is. Plus it rewards you greater if you pull off an underdog victory which is pretty cool too.

Coast City? It was an alright map, but clearly Turbine was getting tired of following the LoL formula and wanted to try something more objective oriented, like HoTS. If they would have stuck with Gotham Heights (circular map), instead killing both Heights and Divided (3-lane), the game might have lived.

I also want to say that I do not approve of hero stacking in competitive, we lost on Hanamura because the enemy team had 3 Torbjörns, a Bastion, a Symmetra and a Roadhog to hook us towards the Bastion. My mates and I were too confused to deal with that. Every time we pushed another one used his molten core, or their Bastion destroyed us by repositioning every time. We did pretty bad against that. We were a group of four guys, so I doubt it. Our 2 additionals were a Soldier76 who later swapped to Lucio to try and speedboost us to the point, it almost worked too, but my barrier got destroyed by the turrets shooting through the window and our Mercy got killed by a Torbjörn, we were finished off by a Roadhog ult. The other one played Zarya and swapped to Genji to deal with Bastion and Symmetra. He was pretty successful with the Bastion, but Symmetra guarded the teleporter too well.
