Well the Phi who got transported to 2008 could have the brooch transported with her. Nothing points to the fact that Phi's mother is herself.
The pendants life is :
CREATED as a duplicate along with a duplicate baby. This Baby(Phi1) Copies herself to 2008 and then lives on to meet this Phi2 and raise her giving her the pendant , Phi2 then goes on to the decision game and dies, Diana then takes the pendant and ends up sticking it in the photocopy machine!
Its only a bootstrap paradox as we observe it that way. The pendant is only a copy in each timeline there is never a original!

Why do Sigma, Phi, and Akane keep forgetting they can jump into the past and future? They're freaking out over traps and deaths when they can easily erase it by jumping.
I was expecting Sigma, Phi, and Akane to be abusing this power this time. I was expecting Akane to be purposely killing herself just so she can jump to other timelines.
