Today is a good day for gaming. Undertale posts are no longer getting hundreds of replies. The circlejerk of autism is getting thinner and thinner... and the game itself has already faded into obscurity.
At this point, the game is more well known for it's insane fan theories that don't make any sense than the game itself, and believe me... it will only get worse from here. The fans will quickly become more and more cultlike, obsessive, and outright malicious towards anyone who stands up to their bullshit.
The game itself is simply not good, and it is high time that /v/ and other gaming enthusiasts start acknowledging it as such.

The soundtrack was stolen from a number of other RPG's, mostly relatively obscure titles from the 90's.
There's a reason why 'I liked the soundtrack' is such a common response to why meme games are so praised. They are relatively easy to rip from better products. the LISA guy did it too.

Undertale is the type of game that is meant to capture the RPGmaker audience.
For people who played games life OFF, .flow and ib, it was initially meant to be a niche game.
A single month of popularity is more than enough exposure.
And in all honestly it's better if the game fades away into obscurity, hating Undertale has become more of a fad than Undertale itself.
The sooner you shitters forget about Undertale, the better.
Those who enjoyed Undertale will go back to discussing the game in peace while you autists will go on to find something new to shitpost about.

Considering the dev has hinted, vaguely, of adding more to the game, it's only a matter of time.
Look on tumblr and you'll still see posts about it. Look on the various art-based websites and still see content involving it being posted.
It's not dying per say, just people are moving on. Remember Five Nights at Freddy's? Same thing happened with it and won't be relevant until it releases soonish.
