As I said, if you just bored and have $30 burning a hole in your pocket, go for it. I have 137 hours in the game and I'll probably end up putting some more in, but if you had other games you weren't going to buy because of it, I'd go with the other games.

Exploration is good and the gunplay isn't bad, has some good side quests as well. Companions aren't bad either.
Running through Boston the first time and finding unmarked locations with little stories told via audio-logs and computer terminals was fun but playing like that doesn't have too much replay value.
Main story is fucking garbage though, and so is most of the dialog.

I'd give it 7/10 maybe 8 if pushing it hard.
I had a blast exploring and had fun with power armor and big guns, I've heard melee is worse than 3/NV in some ways and that sneak is as boring/OP as any other Bethesda title. Interesting enough there is actually loot boxes on roofs that are inaccessible without the jetpack.
Never really gave a shit about skill removal though because I've dicked around/minmaxed FO1/2 to hell in back and skills let you do some stupid shit.
But I'm an exploration fag so you mileage will probably vary greatly if you aren't.
