I find that Zarya's effectiveness, moreso than any other class in the game, is proportional to the skill of your team.
The ability to nullify any attack on you and a teammate, and also set up a team kill fairly easily is crazy. I imagine a team that can communicate properly can set the stage for a Zarya to steamroll through any opposition.

I truly believe Solider 76 is one of the best heroes simply because of how solid he is. Should be on every team.
I hate the character but every time I pick him I end up with 4 gold medals and 0-5 deaths maximum. He's just so damn solid. Unlimitied sprint gets him into position. Assault rifle out DPS' most character in the game and shreds squishies. Can heal himself better than supports like Zenyatta and Lucio. And an explosive grenade alt fire just for good measure.

I use it all the time. Even if its just to get down a hall. You become harder to hit, move in a way that is difficult for enemies to correctly predict, and is hella fun.
On points like Lijiang Garden its super valuable.
It's a really sad feeling when I want to play new characters like Reinhardt and no one takes advantage of my strengths.

Lucio and Phara are probably the highest skill-based champions in the game.
A good Phara that can predict an enemy down to the letter. It's a mindgame to play Phara, but if you're good at it, you can very easily destroy several opponents at once.

Lucio can be the king of evasion. I am quite convinced you can play this game forever and never master Lucio completely. His passive is what separates the boys from the men, and timing his E and Q are much more difficult than any other healer in the game. A good Lucio can break the map.
Bad Lucios will walk the actual ground, live in healing mode and die to falling off the map.

The charts are based on tournament play and in that level of play teams usually want a team comp that can quickly engage and burst down multiple targets.
It takes ages with Mei to kill someone and outside of her ult she isn't useful in big fights.

D.vas ult takes ages to charge and it will literally never kill an enemy.
Reapers, McCree or Soldiers ult clear a room just as effectively and not only do they charge faster you can actually kill people with it.
And the LoS on D.vas ult is a joke, Reinhardt can literally hide behind a lamp post and take 0 damage.

Lucio is just constantly effective, and for the objective focused player there's no better choice. Heal all allies near you, hold back the enemy, use your speed to distract, and wall riding to contest points if you're alone. A competent Lucio can carry a team, probably the only character that can do that.

I feel he's the Level 3 sentries of Overwatch. A lot of new players don't know how to deal with him, but once you learn the maps and how to counter him, he becomes way easier. Give it some time and I think players will stop complaining about Bastion.

Her announcing the ult is loud as fuck and it takes at least 5 seconds for the Mech to explode. And not only that the Mech actually has an exclamation mark on top of it that can be seen through that can be seen through walls and that will show you whether you are in range of the blast.
All you have to do when you hear "nerf this" is turn around until you see the mark and than avoid it.
And it's not like D.va can crouch you will pretty much always know when she is trying to flank you.

Hanzo can be countered pretty easily. At close range, you just need to not be predictable as fuck. Even a Mei can fuck him up. At long range, if you're aware of the Hanzo, you shouldn't be getting hit. Mid-range, he's just gonna throw shit at you.
