Yeah I liked the host, too. I liked the original characters they created as well. There was a neat dynamic of the host interacting with them. And then sometimes the episode would be just about them fucking around and jumping to different MMO's. Second Life and Everquest were constantly used and sometimes the characters would cross over and be like "what the fuck is this shit?" I think there was an episode devoted to making not-Geralt hopping over to The Sims 2. Shenanigans ensued.

Remember Sweat, the show dedicated to sports games and Blitz, the show dedicating to action and platformers? I loved both of those shows but Blitz more so. The host was great. I remember, though, going to the official G4 forums and seeing numerous topics about how much a douche vibe he gave off and how the audience was beginning to revolt because they just didn't like him personally. There was actually camera footage as the credits were rolling where someone asked him his opinion of it and he was cursing and being flippant about the whole thing.
He was gone and the show was scrubbed soon afterward. Shit, speaking of scrub shows do you remember G4tv.com with those two cute chicks and the guy and how they'd interview people and just fuck around for a half hour talking about nothing? Fuck I miss that, too. There was a small resurgence when the show returned but it was too little too late.
